- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical characteristics of the main entrance of the apartment complex and the characteristics of the main entrance of the apartment complex. As of June 16, 2021, 166 out of 171 complexes in Gangnam-gu, which were disclosed to the S-APT file disclosure system, were investigated. The results of this study are as follows. According to the characteristics of Gangnam-gu, the proportion of gates with gatekeepers, pedestrian roads separated for pedestrian safety, and foodstuffs with focal points are high.
