SNA 기반 제품 트래킹 제조데이터를 활용한 공급사슬 최적화 방안 연구 - 도금 표면처리 제조업을 중심으로 -

Abstract

본 연구에서는 국내 울산 지역 내 금속표면처리 분야에서 중요한 위치의 K사 공급사슬을 소셜 네트워크 분석을 통해 지역 공급망을 시각화하고 기업 간의 구조, 관계 및 상호의존성을 평가하여 공급망 내 복잡한 동태를 포괄적으로 이해하는 것을 목표로 한다. 결과에서 소셜 네트워크 분석의 연결 중심성, 매개 중심성, 근접 중심성, 고유벡터 중심성 지표를 사용하여 공급망 내에서 핵심 허브의 지배적인 영향력(S3HY, S3SY)과 숨겨진 중추적 노드(S1SY)를 식별하였다. 이러한 분석은 전략적 의사결정과 최적의 공급망 전략 수립을 위한 이론적, 실증적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
