- Abstract
- This study aims to study the relationships among the quality of the curriculum of the Department of Airline Service and the cabin crew's perceived job confidence and job adaptation. A total of 299 questionnaire surveys were conducted with cabin crew members who majored in the Department of Airline Service. As a result of the analysis, among the six curriculum qualities, image making, general aviation service, aviation safety, and foreign language education had a significant effect on the cabin crew's perceived job confidence, but in-flight service and speech and presentation education did not have an effect. Also it was found that the cabin crew's perceived job confidence had a significant effect on job adaptation. Therefore, based on these results, this study discussed practical implications and suggested directions for follow-up studies.
