Abstract
Purpose The purpose of this study is to classify the types according to office worker's job stressors and to explore the relationship between influencing factors and outcome factors. Methods We was conducted the latent profile analysis, used the 2020 Public Employee Perception Survey collected by the Korea Institute of Public Administration. Results The five latent profiles according to job stressors were classified. The influence of predictors determining the classification of each profile was verified, and differences in the level of innovation behavior, job performance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction according to each group classification were confirmed. Conclusion Based on the findings, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
