As the urban structure of Seoul metropolitan area changes, traffic pattern and centrality of the regions are changing. Various regional characteristics are influencing centrality change. In this study, the centrality change by administrative divisions in Seoul between 2010 and 2018 was measured using Social Network Analysis, and change factors were analyzed. As a result, areas with the largest increase in centrality were Munjeong 2-dong, Gasan-dong, Jamsil 6-dong, Gayang 1-dong, Seocho 1-dong, etc. with a rise in floating population due to large-scale development projects or changes in local conditions. As a result of multiple regression analysis, population change, number of subway stations, industrial land area, and average official land price were analyzed as factors that affected centrality changes. It was analyzed that developments that are unique and suitable for local conditions, such as Gasan Digital Complex, Munjeong Legal Complex, and Magok Urban Development Project, etc. affect the increase of regional centrality. This suggests that efforts to identify the characteristics and growth potential of region should be preceded when establishing urban planning in Seoul in the future.-
