- Abstract
- A 63-year-old man underwent radical retropubic prostatectomy (RRP) for localized prostate cancer. 17 months after RRP, he presented hesistency and weak urine stream. Cystocopy revealed pin-point contracture in the bladder neck. Bladder neck dilatation was performed under spinal anesthesia. During the procedure, the patient was confirmed to have bladder stone. Inside of bladder stone, a medium-sized hemoclip (SurgiclipⓇ, Autosuture, U.S.S.C., Norwalk, CT) was detected and removed. Nine months later after removal of bladder stone with hemoclip, he had no lower urinary tract symptom any more. (Korean J Urol Oncol 2010;8:144-146)
