CIPP모형에 기반한 교육복지정책의 성과평가

Abstract

목적 본 연구에서는 교육복지사업의 성과를 평가하고, 효과적인 교육복지 정책 추진을 위한 발전방안을 제시하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 교육복지사업 성과평가 관련 선행연구 분석을 통해 성과분석 틀을 개발하고, 정량평가와 정성평가를 종합한 성과분석을 수행하였다. 결과 CIPP 평가 모형에 기반해 상황(Context), 투입(Input), 과정(Process), 산출(Product)의 영역에서 교육복지사업의 운영과정 및 결과를 평가하였다. 지자체 지원, 학교, 학생, 홍보 및 네트워크, 물적자원, 인적자원, 사업계획 및 운영, 학교 내/외부 협력수행여건, 프로그램, 사례관리, 네트워크, 학생변화, 만족도를 각 평가영역에서 다루었다. 결론 교육복지사업의 발전방안을 위한 논의를 교육복지사업의 성과와 개선방향의 측면으로 나누어 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언을통해 시⋅도교육청의 교육복지 사업계획, 교육복지안전망 추진계획 등 교육복지 정책수립에 기초자료를 제공한다.

Objectives This study aims to assess the effectiveness of educational welfare projects and suggest strategies for enhancing educational welfare policies. Methods The study employed the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model to evaluate the operational procedures and outcomes of educational welfare projects. Results The evaluation covered various aspects, including local government support, schools, student involvement, public relations, networks, material and human resources, program planning and implementation, intraand inter-school collaboration, program content, case management, network effectiveness, student progress, and overall satisfaction. Conclusions The study's findings offer a comprehensive insight into the performance and potential areas for enhancement in educational welfare projects. The conclusions and recommendations provide essential insights for developing educational welfare policies.
