예비교사의 융복합교육 역량에 대한 국제교육실습 효과

Abstract

본 연구는 사범대학 예비교사들이 국제교육실습과정에서 융복합수업을 설계하고 실연하는 과정에서 융복합교육에 대한 인식과 이해에서 나타난 변화를 분석하여 국제교육실습 경험이 예비교사들의 융복합교육 역량에 기여하는 바를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 실습과정에서 예비교사들이 작성한 성찰저널과 실연 협의회 녹취록을 ‘학생’, ‘교사’, ‘교과’, ‘융복합’ 등 융복합교육과 밀접하게 관련된 4개의 고빈도 체언이 예비교사 담화 자료에서 어떤 어휘와 연어 관계를 보이고 있는지를 양적, 질적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 본 연구의 국제교육실습이 다양한 배경의 학습자에 대한 예비교사의 다문화적 감수성을 높였을 뿐만 아니라 교과의 경계를 넘나들며 학생에게 의미 있는 학습 경험을 제공하는 융복합적 수업 역량을 높이는데 긍정적으로 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 하여 예비교사들의 융복합수업 역량 함양을 위한 국제교육실습 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

As the 21st century society becomes rapidly globalized, international teaching practicum is proposed as one of effective ways for enhancing teachers’ competences for teaching students of diverse backgrounds. Considering that Yungbokhap education is proposed as a reform movement for student empowerment, this research investigates the change in the preservice teachers’ perception of Yungbokhap education in the context of an international teaching practicum. For the purpose, we collected the preservice teachers’ reflection journals and transcripts of practicum conferences for analysis. The results of the analysis revealed the practicum positively contributed to enhancing the preservice teachers’ competences for Yunbokhap education. Based on the results, we discuss implications for international teaching practicum.
