상담자의 다문화 상담 경험이 다문화 상담역량에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 상담자의 다문화 상담 경험이 다문화 상담역량에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 상담자 251명의 온라인 설문 자료를 활용 하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자의 다문화 상담 경험, 다문화 상담역량 및 역전이 관리능력 간에 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자의 다문화 상담 경험과 다 문화 상담역량의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력이 부분 매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 상담자의 다 문화 상담 경험이 다문화 상담역량에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 역전이 관리능력이라는 매개 경로를 통해 부분 매개하는 효과를 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effect of countertransference management in the relationship of multicultural counseling experience and multicultural counseling competence. To this end, an online survey data from 251 counselors was analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the counselor's multicultural counseling experience, multicultural counseling competence, and countertransference management. Second, countertransference management was found to have a partial mediating effect as a result of examining the mediating effect on the counselor's multicultural counseling experience and multicultural counseling competence. The results confirmed that the counselor's multicultural counseling experience had a direct influence on multicultural counseling competence with a partial mediating effect of countertransference management.
