- Abstract
- 최근 스마트 기기에서는 NAND 플래시 기반 eMMC 디바이스를 저장장치로 사용한다. 이러한 eMMC 디바이스와 스마트 기기 호스트간 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 프로토콜 분석기가 사용되고 있다. 그러나 고속 eMMC 디바이스로 갈수록 프로토콜 분석기 채널 인터페이스에 많은 Memory 대역폭을 요구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 프로토콜 분석기의 채널 인터페이스 대역폭을 줄이기 위해 Transaction Detector 를 제안 함으로써, 최대 73%까지 채널 인터페이스에 전송되는 Memory 대역폭을 줄일 수 있다.
