Abstract
Since last five decades natural disaster have increased 5 times and more people, effected by hydrorelated disasters such as floods and droughts. Drought impact is to be considered more flukyeconomically loss, the impact is agelong and living footprint behind the shades of umbra to ecosystem.Causing huge damage fauna & flora by dreading the environment. Many researchers have contributedtheir work to mitigate in sense of forecasting, predicting, analyzing, brunt area & after effect of it. Everycountry research institution & organization are working to monitoring their whether by means of satellite& they have hydrological station to measure the precipitation, runoff, stream flow and keep monitoringthe ground water level by keeping the water body records. Only in Balochistan drought caused the deathof 2.18 million livestock, drying 70% of water reservoirs, vanishing more than 87 % of rangeland,distorting 15 million hectare of orchards and living behind millions dollar losses to governmental level &damaging the social impact to individual stockholder. Combing all the components so that they canfunction to gather as a one body part which can focused if one part is not working other will give apush to continuity of cycle.
