예술작품 분석을 통한 무용의 표현영역 확대방안 연구 －양면성을 중심으로－

Abstract

본 연구에서는 인간의 속성 중 하나인 ‘인간의 양면성’을 소재로 한 예술 작품 중 시각예술인 미술과 영화의 연구를 통하여 예술작품에 나타난 양면성의 표현양상을 고찰하고 몸을 주매개로 사용하여 표현방법에 있어서 방법적 한계가 있는 무용에서의 표현 확대를 모색해 보고자 하였다. 타 장르와의 융합을 통한 방법의 일환으로 기존에 활용된 방식에서 더욱 진보된 가면과 조명의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 감정 표현의 영역을 타 장르와의 융합을 통한 진보된 기술로 확장함은 관객에게 무용수가 표현하고자 하는 심리표현을 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있는 방법이 되며 관객이 쉽게 이해하며 공감하는 무용공연을 위하여 무용작품에서의 표현영역 확대에 관한 연구는 앞으로도 다양한 각도에서 깊이 있게 연구 되고 활용되어야 할 의미 있는 일로 사료된다.

This research is considered an expression way of double-sidedness out of human being’s psychology thorough analysis of a work of art by arts and movies and seek a way about the expansion of expression realm for emotion of dance as we search a creative expression way through amalgamation of other different genres in the art of dance which has the methodical limitation in psychological expression. It is proposed a methodical suggestion by using mask and stage lighting through amalgamation of other different genres since the expression way of the double-sidedness in arts and movies is direct and realistic and there is a limitation for communication of emotion by using only movement and face which are mainly vehicle in dance. Because the expansion through amalgamation of emotional expression and other different genres can be a way for easy communication even for detail part what dancer wants to express to their audience, the research about this expansion of expression realm of dance has been considered very significant for dance performance that the audience can accept easily and has to be studied in various views now and forever.
