dc.description.abstractWe present hydro-thermally synthesized group I-doped ZnO nanowires (NWs) using an aqueous solution with group I nitrates as dopant sources at low temperatures. The ZnO NWs were prepared on ZnO seed layers. The structural features of various ZnO NWs are discussed.-
