- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to set history-culture streetscape management to lead the continuity of Insa-dong road and propose the basic data of guided the development plan that is matched with ‘Making historic & cultural streets'. First, The Assessment elements of Physical-Psychological extract to use the `Frequency Analysis'. T-test analyzes to use performance distinction between the two areas in Insa-dong road and the performance of Insa-dong road extracts the same factor through 'Factor Analysis'. Second, Extracted factor though 'Factor Analysis' sorts, and distinct characteristic of street grasps and suggest improvement through IPA that two axises are used important average of factors and performance average of factors include each element. The results of the study are as follows. Insa-dong District Unit Plan improves performance of visitors and District Unit Plan needs to change leading the maintenance direction of Gongpyung Urban Redevelopment District. Gongpyung Urban Redevelopment District should be established direction of the maintenance to overcome heterogeneity with Insa-dong District Unit Plan and remake as streets of traditional culture.
