프로스포츠리그 경영환경 분석을 통한 프로스포츠 활성화 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 국내 프로스포츠 경영환경 분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 중심으로 개선방안 및 프로스포츠 리그의 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 환경 분석에 의해 도출된 문제점들에 대한 개선방안으로서 국내 환경에 적합한 프로스포츠 리그 활성화를 위한 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 프로구단의 수입원 창출을 위해 통합마케팅 전략 개발과 경기장 장기임대가 수반되어야 한다. 둘째, 선수마케팅의 잠재력을 개발하고 활용하여야 한다. 셋째, 국내선수 샐러리캡과 용병연봉 상한선이 함께 검토되는 소프트 샐러리캡을 실시해야 한다. 마지막으로 유소년 클럽의 활성화를 바탕으로 한 저변확대가 이루어져야 한다.

This study presents a revitalization of the professional leagues through the identification of the problem based on analyzing the domestic professional sports business environment. Second, Marketing of a player's potential should be developed. and utilized. Third, the domestic players and foreign players salary cap celery cap placed on the proportion of salary should be lower. Finally, Youth Club, based on the activation of a growing base should be made.
