- Abstract
- 本篇是以天道自由主義爲中心去考察中國新自由主義對傳統的理解的內容及意義｡ 中國新自由主義要排斥中國傳統中專制主義的方面而繼承其中跟自由主義普世價值一致的方面｡ 特別是, 他們以開放的傳統爲前提將中國古代思想資源提升到西方自由主義的超驗價值即自然法的地位｡ 他們想中國的現代轉形和憲政民主制度建立難以完成之原因在於得不到本土資源的支持, 所以試圖中國的本土資源和人類的普世價值間的有機結合｡ 本土資源中他們選擇了儒家和道家, 進而想老子的天道思想可以成爲有力的核心的資源｡ 他們將老子的天道思想和西方古典自由主義所言的普世價值間的結合去構成天道自由主義, 以此作爲中國自由主義和憲政民主制度的超驗資源｡
