- Abstract
- 本論文主要探討韓國著名中華料理餐廳共和春的建立背景和歷史變遷｡ 共和春的創辦者于希光是出身于中國山東省牟平縣的華僑｡ 1907年他到仁川之後就開辦山東會館｡ 1912年隨着中華民國政府的誕生, 由股分公司的形式重新建立共和春餐廳｡ 之後, 共和春遷移到現在的位置, 一直經營到1983年爲止｡ 透過殘存的老構件查閱, 現存的共和春建筑物可推測大槪是1908年左右建立的｡ 初期這座建筑可能兼有居住和會館的功能, 以後改造爲中華料理餐廳｡ 經過多年時間現存建筑物的很多地方被毁損, 已喪失過去的風貌｡ 不過, 這座建筑物爲國內罕見的會館形式建筑之一, 同時具有較高的歷史文化價値｡
