| dc.description.abstract | Permanent magnet synchronous motors, which are widely used in various industrial fields recently, require high efficiency and high reliability. In this paper, core optimization was performed to improve the efficiency of a motor with a flux-concentrated rotor structure. In order to insert as many permanent magnets as possible into the rotor, magnets and cores were arranged alternately in the circumferential direction. In addition, the path of magnetic flux leakage was analyzed and a design was performed to suppress it and increase the effective magnetic flux in the gap. As a result, the counter electromotive force constant of the motor could be increased, and the motor efficiency was improved. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | 최근 각종 산업 분야에서 광범위하게 사용되는 영구자석형 모터는 고효율, 높은 신뢰성 등을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 자속집중형 회전자 구조를 가지는 모터의 고효율화를 위한 코어 최적화를 수행하였다. 회전자내 최대한 많은 영구자석을 삽입하기 위해 자석과 코어를 원주방향으로 교번으로 배치하였다. 또한 자속 누설의 경로를 분석하고 이를 억제하여 공극내 유효자속을 늘리는 설계를 진행하였다. 이로서 모터의 역기전력 상수가 높아질 수 있었으며 모터 고효율화를 진행하였다. | - |
