Abstract
목적 본 연구는 상담자의 성인애착 유형과 자아분화 수준의 조합을 통해 군집에 따른 역전이 관리능력의 차이를 알아보았다. 방법 이를 위하여 1년 이상의 상담 경력이 있는 상담자 317명을 대상으로 성인애착, 자아분화, 역전이 관리능력을 측정할 수 있는설문을 실시하였다. 군집분석을 통해 집단을 분류한 후, 분류된 군집 간 역전이 관리능력의 차이를 확인하기 위해 일원분산분석(ANOVA)을 수행하였다. 결과 상관관계 분석 결과, 성인애착의 두 가지 하위 요인인 불안 애착과 회피 애착은 자아분화 및 역전이 관리능력과 모두 유의미한상관관계를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 군집분석 결과, 자아미분화, 불안애착, 불안정, 안정형의 네 가지 군집 유형이 나타났으며, 군집 유형에 따라 역전이 관리능력에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 상담자의 애착 유형과 자아분화 수준에 따라 역전이 관리능력을 예측하고, 부족한 부분을 보완할 맞춤형 교육프로그램을 설계하는 데 활용될 수 있다.
Objectives This study aimed to examine differences in countertransference management abilities based on clus ters formed by the combinations of counselors' adult attachment styles and levels of self-differentiation. Methods A total of 317 counselors with more than one year of counseling experience participated in a survey de signed to measure adult attachment, self-differentiation, and countertransference management abilities. Cluster analysis was used to classify participants into groups, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to identify differences in countertransference management abilities among the clusters. Results Correlation analysis revealed that the two sub-factors of adult attachment―anxious attachment and avoidant attachment―were significantly correlated with both self-differentiation and countertransference man agement abilities. Cluster analysis identified four cluster types: undifferentiated, anxious attachment, unstable, and stable. Significant differences in countertransference management abilities were observed among the identi fied cluster types. Conclusions The findings of this study suggest that counselors’ attachment styles and levels of self-differ entiation can predict their countertransference management abilities. These results can be utilized to design tailored training programs aimed at addressing specific deficiencies and enhancing counselors' professional development.
