가치 사슬과 가치 네트워크에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰: 개념적 확장 연구 중심으로

Abstract

가치 사슬은 기업의 상대적 지위를 결정하는 경쟁 우위를 파악하기 위한 분석 방법으로 1985년 Porter에 의해 처음 창안되었다. 그 후 개념적 확장을 거치며 기업과 기업 간의 연결로 복잡해지는 구조와 구조 내에서 역동성을 감지하기 위해 가치 네트워크로의 진화에 이르렀다. 본 연구는 선행 연구에서 제시한 가치 사슬에서 가치 네트워크로 진화를 이끄는 개념을 바탕으로 체계적 문헌 고찰을 수행하였다. 가치 사슬과 가치 네트워크의 이론적/개념적 확장이나 프레임워크/모델의 확장 또는 개발이 있었는지 탐색하며, 나아가 가치 사슬, 가치 네트워크 분석에 있어 네트워크 분석의 활용성을 제시하고자 함이다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 가치 사슬과 네트워크 분석이 접목된 연구의 필요성과 학문적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The value chain, first introduced by Porter in 1985, serves as an analytical framework for identifying competitive advantages that determine a firm's relative position. Over time, the concept has undergone theoretical expansion, evolving into the value network to address the increasing complexity of inter-firm connections and the dynamic interactions within these structures. This study conducts a systematic literature review based on the conceptual foundations driving the evolution from value chains to value networks as proposed in previous research. It examines theoretical and conceptual extensions, as well as the development of frameworks and models, while also exploring the applicability of network analysis in the study of value chains and value networks. Through this analysis, the study underscores the necessity of integrating value chain and network analysis, offering academic insights and highlighting directions for future research.
