- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 신입사원을 대상으로 조직 내 무례행동 피해사례 유형화 진행 및 특성을 탐색하였다. 연구 1단계에서는 Q모집단 구축을 위해 문헌자료, 지필진술, 1:1 심층 면담으로 사례를 분석하였다. 2단계에서는 Q모집단에서 수집한 296개의 진술문을 3차 타당도 검사와 전문가 도움으로 최종 52개의 Q표본을 선정하였다. 3단계에서는 P표본으로 총 30명을 선정하였고, 4단계에서는 선정된 P표본에게 Q표본 진술문을 분류하게 하였으며, 이때에는 강한 비동의, 중립, 강한 동의로 진술문을 배치한 뒤, 9점 척도를 적용하여 기록하였다. 5단계에서는 PC-QUANL로 요인분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직 내 무례행동의 피해 사례 유형은 총 4가지로 제 1유형은 ‘공과 사 구분형’, 제 2유형은 ‘교육부재형’, 제 3유형은 ‘감정노동형’, 제 4유형은 ‘월급루팡형’이다. 본 연구는 개인 및 조직 전체에 부정적 영향을 미치는 조직 내 무례행동의 가해 및 피해를 예방하는 교육프로그램 개발에 현실 적용 가능한 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공하는 데 의의를 가진다.
This study explored the categorization and characteristics of cases of workplace incivility for new employees. In the first, cases were analyzed through literature data, paper-delivered statements, and 1:1 in interviews to build the Qpopulation. In the second, 296 statements collected from the Qpopulation were selected with the help of a third validity test and experts, and the final 52 Qsamples were selected. In the third, a total of 30 people were selected as a Psample, and in the fourth, the selected Psample people were asked to classify the Qsample statements, and in this case, the statements were placed with strong disagreement, neutrality, and strong consent, and then recorded by applying a 9-point scale. In the fifth, factor analysis was conducted using the PC-QUANL. The research results are as follows. There are four types of damage cases of workplace incivility, and the first type was derived as 'public and private division type', the second type was 'educational department type', the third type was 'emotional labor type', and the fourth type was 'monthly pay lupin type'. This study is to provide basic data and implications applicable to the development of programs to prevent the perpetration and damage of workplace incivility, which has a negative impact on individuals and the organization as a whole.
