기업가적 문화 구조가 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 혁신형 중소기업 인증의 조절효과를 중심으로

Abstract

환경 변동성이 커짐에 따라 유연하고 혁신적인 기업가적 문화 구조의 중요성이 대두된다. 이에 본 연구는 기업가적 문화 구조가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 혁신형 중소기업 인증이 이 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지 규명하고자 하였다. ‘2022년 기업가정신 실태조사(기업편)’ 자료를 활용해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 기업가적 문화 구조는 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인증 여부는 이 관계에서 부의 조절효과를 보였다. 또한 인증 개수가 많을수록 기업가적 문화 구조가 성과에 미치는 긍정적인 효과가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 인증 제도의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 다각적인 논의가 필요함을 시사하며, 정책 실효성 제고 방안을 모색할 필요성을 제기한다.

As environmental volatility increases, the importance of a flexible and innovative organizational structure for entrepreneurial culture (OSEC) is rising. This study examines the impact of OSEC on firm performance and investigates how Certifications for Innovative SMEs moderate this relationship. Using data from the ‘2022 Korea National Entrepreneurship Survey (Company)’ and conducting multiple regression analysis, the results show that OSEC positively affects firm performance. However, the certifications showed a negative moderating effect. Moreover, as the number of certifications increased, the positive impact of OSEC on performance decreased. These findings suggest the need for multidimensional discussions to maximize the effectiveness of the certification system and highlight the necessity of exploring ways to enhance policy effectiveness.
