Abstract
In this paper, we proposed a compact 2 × 2 MIMO dipole-type antenna that uses a decoupling inductor to mitigate mutual coupling between MIMO antennas.Through the simulated results, the proposed antenna demonstrated a - 6dB bandwidth of 340 MHz, ranging from 3.36 GHz to 3.70 GHz.By integrating decoupling inductors, the mutual coupling in the proposed antenna structure is suppressed to below -13.7 dB, indicating its feasibility for compact MIMO antenna systems.
