To achieve goal, a survey was conducted from 556 people with stay-type tourism experience using 6 upper-level factors and 22 lower-level factors determined through prior research and Delphi, and analyzed after basic statistical analysis and structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, the factors that had a significant impact on the revitalization of the residential tourist city and the formation of continuous relationships were the establishment of a stay-type tourist city plan, infrastructure construction, service, and marketing. the analysis of the formation of continuous relationships through the activation of stay-type tourist cities was analyzed to have a positive (+) influence. In particular, the opinions of those with stay-at-home tourism experience who visited Gangwon province, the study target, can be referred to as basic data for the stay-at-home tourism city revitalization policy promoted by local governments in the future. In addition, differentiated content that reflects recent stay-in tourism trends was derived and verified. Ultimately, it has implications that it can be used as basic data for local governments planning policies to stay-type tourist cities.
