재한 중국 유학생의 전공선택동기와 진로준비행동이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향: 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 재한 중국 유학생의 전공선택동기와 진로준비행동이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향과 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고, 수집된 자료를 SPSS 29.0과 AMOS 26.0으로 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습과정에 따라 일부 변인에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 전공선택동기는 진로결정수준에 정적 영향을 미쳤으나 진로준비행동은 직접적 영향이 없었다. 셋째, 전공선택동기와 진로준비행동은 진로결정 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로결정 자기효능감은 전공선택동기와 진로결정수준 간 관계에서 부분매개, 진로준비행동과 진로결정수준 간 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 하였다. 본 연구는 재한 중국 유학생을 위한 진로상담 및 교육 프로그램 개발에 실천적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study examined the effects of major choice motivation and career preparation behavior on career decision-making among Chinese international students in Korea, with a focus on the mediating role of career decision-making self-efficacy. Data from an online survey were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 26.0. Results showed that major choice motivation positively influenced career decision-making, while career preparation behavior had no direct effect. Both factors enhanced career decision-making self-efficacy, which partially mediated the effect of major choice motivation and fully mediated that of career preparation behavior. The study offers practical implications for career counseling and education programs.
