농촌관광 상호작용의 정서 및 행동 효과 분석: 사회교환이론을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 사회교환이론을 활용하여 농촌관광에서 일어나는 상호작용, 정서적연대, 장소애착, 지역주의, 관광객 시민행동 간의 구조적 영향관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 구축된 연구모형을 검정하기 위해 본 연구는 국내 농촌 체험관광 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 총 370부의 유효한 자료를 활용하여 구조방정식 모델로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 농촌 체험관광 경험자의 진실한 사회적 상호작용은 정서적 연대, 장소애착에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정서적 연대와 장소애착은 각각 지역주의와관광객 시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 관광객이 농촌 체험 관광 맥락에서 인식하는 상호작용의 정서 및 행동 효과를 분석함으로써 농촌관광의 본질과 사회적 상호작용의 호혜적 효과를 이해함으로써 이론적으로 기여한다. 또한 상호작용이관광객의 소비 및 시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점을 규명함으로써 농촌관광 활성화에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

This study utilizes Social Exchange Theory to investigate the structural relationships among social interaction, emotional solidarity, place attachment, localism, and tourists’ citizenship behavior in the context of rural tourism. Drawing on a research model informed by prior studies, a survey was conducted, yielding 370 valid responses from domestic participants with rural tourism experience. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The findings demonstrate that sincere social interactions among rural tourists positively influence both emotional solidarity and place attachment. Additionally, emotional solidarity significantly enhances both localism and tourists’ citizenship behavior. Place attachment also has a positive impact on localism and tourist’ citizenship behavior. This study makes a theoretical contribution by exploring the emotional and behavioral outcomes of social interactions as perceived by tourists in rural tourism settings, shedding light on their reciprocal effects. Practically, the research identifies the positive impact of social interactions on tourists’ consumption and citizenship behavior, providing valuable insights and foundational data to support the revitalization of rural tourism.
