중국 댄스스포츠 동호인의 욕구충족이 회복탄력성 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

이 연구는 중국 댄스스포츠 동호인을 대상으로, 여가 활동 참여를 통해 나타나는 욕구충족이 회복탄력성과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 베이징, 상하이, 시안 지역에 거주하고 있는 댄스스포츠 동호인을 모집단으로 편의 추출법을 사용하여 469명을 최종 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 표집 대상을 빈도 분석, 설문지의 타당성 분석 및 신뢰도 검사, 변인의 상관관계분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 중국 댄스스포츠 동호인의 욕구충족이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향에서는, 욕구충족 중 유능성은 회복 탄력성의 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성 모두에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 자율성은 각 영역 모두에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 댄스스포츠 동호인의 욕구충족이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서는, 유능성과 자율성이 생활만족도의 성취만족 및 수용만족 모두에 정(+)적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 댄스스포츠 동호인의 회복탄력성이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서는, 회복탄력성의 긍정성이 성취만족 및 수용만족 모두에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 통제성은 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of need satisfaction through leisure activity participation on resilience and life satisfaction among chinese dance sport enthusiasts. To this end, a convenience sampling method was used to select 469 dance sport enthusiasts living in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an as the final research sample. In this study, SPSS 24.0 was used for frequency analysis of the sample, validity and reliability testing of the survey, correlation analysis of variables, and multiple regression analysis. The results led to the following conclusions: First, regarding the effect of need satisfaction on resilience among Chinese dance sport enthusiasts, competence had a positive (+) impact on the control, positivity, and sociality dimensions of resilience, while autonomy had a negative (-) impact on all three dimensions. Second, regarding the effect of need satisfaction on life satisfaction, both competence and autonomy had a positive (+) effect on achievement and acceptance satisfaction. Third, regarding the effect of resilience on life satisfaction, the positivity of resilience had a positive (+) effect on both achievement and acceptance satisfaction, while control had a negative (-) effect.
