SCCT-LMS 연계 기반 공공 진로․경력지원 학습 플랫폼 분석틀 개발 및 적용

Abstract

본 연구는 공공 진로․경력지원 학습 플랫폼이 디지털 기반 학습환경으로서 개인의 진로․경력 설계와 실행을 효과적으로 지원하는지를 진단하기 위해 사회인지진로이론(SCCT)과 학습관리시스템(LMS) 기능을 통합한 분석틀을 개발하고 적용하였다. SCCT의 네 가지 핵심 구성요소(자기효능감, 결과기대, 진로목표, 환경적 지원 및 장애)와 LMS의 다섯 가지 기능 요소(학습 설계, 학습 관리, 학습자 분석, 학습 결과 분석, 학습자 지원)를 연계하여 이론적 고찰을 통해 1차 기준을 도출하였다. 이후 교육학 및 진로 전문가 3인에 통해 타당도 검토를 거쳐 총 45개의 최종 분석 기준을 확정하였다. 이를 사이버진로교육센터, 커리어넷, 알파캠퍼스 등 3개 공공 플랫폼에 적용한 결과, 진단 기반 교육 추천, 진도율 시각화, 진로․직업 정보 제공 등 일부 SCCT 요소는 비교적 충실히 구현되어 있었다. 특히 알파캠퍼스는 역량진단과 로드맵 기반 학습 설계, 커리어넷은 직업․학과 매트릭스와 진로심리검사, 사이버진로교육센터는 맞춤형 과정 추천 기능에서 강점을 보였다. 반면, 진단-목표 설정-실행-점검을 유기적으로 연결하는 학습 흐름, 실시간 피드백 및 상호작용, 진로 장애 극복을 지원하는 환경적 기능은 전반적으로 보완이 필요했다. 본 연구는 SCCT-LMS 연계 분석틀을 국내 공공 플랫폼 분석에 적용하여 디지털 진로․경력 학습 환경 설계의 이론적 방향과 개선 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 학문적과 실천적 의의를 지닌다.

This study evaluates whether public career and employment support learning platforms are digital learning environments that facilitate individuals’ career design and implementation. We developed and applied an integrated analytical framework that combines social cognitive career theory (SCCT) with learning management system (LMS) functions. Based on the theoretical review, the four core SCCT constructs (self-efficacy, outcome expectations, career goals, and contextual supports and barriers) were linked with five LMS functional elements to derive 45 evaluation indicators. We applied these criteria to three major public platforms-Cyber Career Education Center, CareerNet, and Alpha Campus-and found that certain SCCT elements were relatively well implemented, such as diagnosis-based course recommendations, progress tracking, and comprehensive career information services. However, the integration of the diagnosis-goal-setting-implementation-evaluation cycle, real-time feedback, and interactive supports to overcome career barriers remains insufficient across platforms. This study has theoretical and practical implications for enhancing digital career learning environments by demonstrating the applicability of the SCCT-LMS framework.
