- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년상담사가 지각한 기관장의 진성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 청소년상담기관에 재직 중인 청소년상담사 253명의 온라인 설문 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기관장의 진성리 더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 직무만족 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 심리적 임파워먼트는 기관장의 진성리더십과 직무만족의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 청소년상담사가 기관장의 진성리더십을 높게 지각할수록 심리적 임파워먼트가 형성 되고, 이러한 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족을 높이는 과정으로 이어짐을 시사한다. 이를 토대로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of psychological
empowerment on the relationship between authentic leadership of organizational
leaders, as perceived by youth counselors, and job satisfaction. Data from an online
survey of 253 youth counselors working in youth counseling institutions were
analyzed. The results showed that perceived authentic leadership, psychological
empowerment, and job satisfaction were significantly and positively correlated, and
that psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between authentic
leadership and job satisfaction. These findings suggest that the more youth
counselors perceive agency directors’ authentic leadership, the more psychological
empowerment is fostered, which in turn leads to higher job satisfaction. Based on
these results, the implications and limitations of the present study were discussed.
