| dc.description.abstract | 최근 소비경향 변화에 따른 외국 항공사에 대한 수요가 많아지면서 외국항공사들이 국내 시장에서적극적인 활동을 하고 있다. 외국항공사는 한국 문화를 이해하고, 한국인 승객들의 서비스 만족도를올리기 위해서 한국인 승무원의 채용을 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 한국인 승무원들을 포함한 외국항공사 승무원들은 대부분 빠른 시간 내 퇴사를 결정하고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 현 외국 항공사 승무원들의 문화적응 스트레스 요인들을 고찰하고, 이러한 문화적응 스트레스가 외국 항공사 승무원들의 이직의도에 끼치는 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사 자료는 2018년 7월부터 3개월 동안 외국 항공사에 근무하는 161명의 외국 베이스 한국인 승무원들로부터 수집되었다. 또한 문헌연구를 토대로 실증연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 문화적응 스트레스 요인들이 외국 항공사 승무원들의 이직의도에 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다. 게다가, 내부자인식 또한 이직의도에 영향을 주는 변수로 도출해 냄으로써, 이직의도 원인의 연구 폭을 확장시켰다. 이러한 연구 결과는 외국 항공사에서 근무하는 외국 베이스 승무원들의 문화적응 스트레스로 인한 우울감을 줄여주기 위한 새로운인적자원의 정책 및 실무적 방안을 제안한다. | - |
