| dc.description.abstract | 중등 미술과 임용시험 개선방안을 연구하기에 앞서 현재 진행되고 있는 임용제도와 시험방식에 대한 인식도를 조사하였다. 설문대상은 미술교육 관련 대학교수, 현직, 신규 교사, 수험생으로 한정하고, 방문 혹은 우편을 통하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 조사연구의 결과를 소개하고 중등 미술과 임용시험 개선의 방향을 논의하는 데에 목적이 있다. | - |
