| dc.description.abstract | CdZnTe 검출기는 일반적으로 상온에서 고 분해능 에너지 spectroscopy에 이용할수 있는것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 온도에 따른 CdZnTe 감마선 검출기의 성능평가를 연구하였다 CdZnTe 감마선 검출기는 Au를 전극표면에 입힌 10*10*5mm3를 사용하였고 온도변환장치는 peltier 냉각장치를 사용하였다. 온도의 변화에 따라 leakage current를 측정하여 I-V 특성을 조사하였으며 검출기의 효율은 Am 감마선원을 사용하여 -20도와 50도 사이의 동작온도와 -300V~300V의영역에서 에너지 스펙트럼을 측정하고 반치폭을 분석 하였다. | - |
