Effects of Rosiglitazone on Adiponectin and other Adipokines in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract

Rosiglitazone therapy improved insulin sensitivity and ovulation in PCOS women. Adiponectin did, however, not appear to be directly involved in the mechanisms behind the resumption of ovulations in PCOS.
