| dc.description.abstract | As one of the main building blocks of nano-devices, Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are tube-shaped graphene sheets with extraordinary electrical, mechanical, and chemical properties. we will describe the basic structures of the CNTs and then characterize the physical degradation results from the nano-manufacturing process. As our motivating examples, we focus on the reliability study of flat panel displays called field emission displays (FEDs) that consist of carbon nanotubes. | - |
