| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to contribute to our understanding of interactive relationships of problems constraining the quality of e-learning contents. Using the grounded theory, it investigated the main impediments to the process in developing e-Learning programs, especially focused on e-Learning subcontractors. The findings highlight the perspectives of too much emphasis on e-learning cost-effectiveness and unstable relationships among contractors and brokerages. Based on the findings, alternative strategies for contribution to e-Learning business are suggested. | - |
