dc.description.abstractImplementation of ICT in elementary schools has been identified as a major source of improvement in schools. Teachers` frequent use of ICT and fluent use of ICT have been identified as able teachers teaching students with innovative methods and is capable of adapting well to a new learning society. However, a successful integration of ICT in classrooms requires factors other than the teacher and the school policy.-
