dc.description.abstract | Disciplined action of Good to Great sheds light on the imperatives and importance of leaner-centered, humanistic e-Learning. Current e-Learning driven by advanced technology is quite ignorant of the nature of human learning in terms of online learning experiences, which is totally different from offline learning experiences. Also disciplined action is regarded as kinds of turning point making e-Learning from course paradigm to a way of networking to the world and as a Viable e-Learning systems, originating from VSM, Viable System Model, defines rules/process whereby a system can regulate, learn, adapt and evolves(Espejo & Gill, 1997; Espejo & Harden, 1989). Combining these three disciplines to go to the world of Great e-Learning, the Flywheel Effect should be considered. Once you get the flywheel to inch forward, moving almost imperceptibly at first, you are getting the flywheel to complete one entire turn. As you keep pushing, and the flywheel begins to move a bit faster, then, at some point, breakthrough! The momentum of the thing kicks in your favor, hurling the flywheel forward, turn after turn, its own heavy weight working for you. | - |
