| dc.description.abstract | 전이금속 촉매 기판을 사용하여 CVD법으로 성장시킨 탄소 나노튜브의 고진공내 전자방출 특성이 조사되었다. 다이오드 구조의 탄소 나노튜브 전자 방출원은 나노크기의 촉매금속 종류와 크기에 따라 전자방출 문턱 전기장 크기와 방출전류밀도가 각각 2배와 100배 이상의 차이가 관측되었으며, 전계 환산 인자에 있어서도 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 또한, 사용된 기판 촉매금속의 종류, 나노튜브의 높이와 직경에 따른 방출 전류밀도 특성의 노쇠화 현상을 관찰하고 전자상자성 공명실험결과를 기초로 그 차이의 원인을 논의하였다. | - |
