dc.description.abstract | This paper includes the modeling, estimator and controller design. The galvanometer system consists of the current estimator and the state feedback controller using H2/LTR method. The frequency shaping function used to reject the external disturbance and the sensor noise. The H2/LTR method provides the sufficient gain margin,phase margin and the benefit to shape the sensitivity and the complementary sensitivity. Frequency shaping function used to improve the settling error, acceleration time and position error. | - |
