Recently, mechatronics systems are frequently being applied to automobiles. Among these mechatronics systems, ESC (Electronic Stability Control) system is applied to improve the stability of the vehicle and develop driving performance. Major functions of ESC is anti-block system, traction control system and yaw rate control. These feedback control systems are integrated yaw rate sensor, lateral acceleration sensor, steering wheel angle sensor. The application of this system is increasing the importance of fault diagnosis of these systems in order to ensure the stability of the intended vehicle driving. In this paper, we propose a model-based fault detection and isolation algorithm based on parity equation and incident matrix method.-
