- Abstract
- 본 연구는 복합 엔터테인먼트 쇼핑센터의 출점이 인근상권 개·폐업에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 고양시 원마운트와 스타필드의 개점 시점 전과 후의 개·폐업 점포의 변화를 중심으로 실증분석하고자 한다. 또한, 원마운트와 스타필드의 개점 효과가 나타나다가 그 영향이 미치지 않는 범위를 구하여 복합 엔터테인먼트 쇼핑센터의 영향권이 미치는 범위를 규명하기 위하여 추가로분석하고자 한다.
