| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 상담자의 특성 연구에 활용할 수 있는 신뢰로운 영성 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 상담자 총 499명이 참여였고, 상관분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 등을 활용하여 내용을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자 영성은 총 14문항, 3요인(상호연결성, 내적 삶, 일의 의미)이 확인되었다. 둘째, 상담자 영성 척도는 상담자 발달수준, 직무만족, 삶의 만족 등의 변인들과 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나 준거타당도를 입증하였다. 셋째, 2주 간격으로 실시된 검사-재검사가 신뢰롭게 나타났다. 따라서 추후 상담자를 대상으로 한 영성 연구에 개발된 검사 도구를 활용할 수 있을 것이다. | - |
