- Abstract
- 본 연구는 팝스타 ‘비욘세’와 현대무용가 ‘안느 테레사’ 사이에서 발생한 안무표절 논란을 바탕으로 인터넷 환경에 노출된 무용저작권의 불안정성과 한계를 고찰하고, 이에 대응하는 전략적 태도로서 ‘예술기업가정신’(Arts Entrepreneurship) 을 조명한다. 디지털 미디어 환경에서 최근 부각되는 무용저작권 이슈는 법과 제도적 요인뿐만 아니라 작품에 대한 예술철학적 논쟁, 예술가와 관객을 포함한 사회적관계, 예술작품이 만들어지고 소비되는 예술생태계의 경제적 요인 등을 필수적으로 수반한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 법리적 관점과 더불어 사회문화적, 경영적 관점에서 사례에 대한 통합적인 분석을 전개하였다. 비욘세의 안무 표절에 대해 법적인조치 대신 <Re: Rosas!>라는 온라인 프로젝트로 대응했던 안느 테레사의 예술기업가적 실천을 탐색하면서, 결론적으로 디지털 미디어 환경이 재구성해가는 문화예술 현상 가운데 ‘예술기업가정신’은 예술가 개인과 문화예술 생태계의 혁신을 이끄는 주요한 자산이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
