대학 운동선수들과 체육대학 학생들의 스트레스, 우울, 불안, 스트레스 대처능력의 비교

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare stress index, depression, anxiety and stress coping ability of university elite athletes and student in physical education. The data was collected from June 1, 2019 to June 15, 2019. The survey was conducted on 87 elite athletes and 87 student in physical education. Nine elite athlete questionnaires and seven student in physical education questionnaires were listed badly reported. The analysis was conducted on 78 elite athletes (89.7%) and 80 students in physical education (91.9%). The differences in general characteristics of athletes and students of physical education were analyzed using the Chi-square test. Moreover, differences in the questionnaire between athletes and student in physical education were analyzed using the independent t-test. Finally, the correlation between stress, depression, anxiety and stress coping ability were analyzed using Pearson's correlation. The results of the study are as follows; Elite athletes were statistically significantly higher than students in physical education. We suggest that educational programs and institutional support are needed to control and manage the stress of university elite athletes and general university students in physical education.
