- Abstract
- 한국에서 EA를 도입한지 10여 년이 경과되어 그동안의 성과와 문제점을 되짚어보고, 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 도움이 될 시사점을 도출한다. EA가 도입이 많이 되었으나, 점차 도입을 회피하는 추세가 있으며, 운영을 하기 위한 추진체계도 매우 미흡하고, EA를 활용해서 얻는 성과도 만족스럽지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 EA 예산과 담당인력 역시 감축되고 있는 형편이다. 향후 성공적 EA정착을 위해 3가지 시사점을 도출하였다. 듯 큰 그림 하에서 작은 실행, 의사결정지원도구로서의 EA, 그리고 고양이 목에 방울달기 등이다.
