- Abstract
- 많은 운전자들이 교통 사고 발생시 심리적, 물리적 충격과 사고 대처 방법에 대한 인지 부족으로 적절한 사고 대처를 하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교통 사고 발생시 자동으로 보험사 신고를 돕고, 보험 출동 기사를 기다리는 동안 운전자에게 대처 방법을 안내하여 빠르고 적절한 사고 대처를 할 수 있는 모바일 서비스를 디자인 하고자 하였다.
