- Abstract
- 서비스 개인화는 코로나 19가 발생한 현재, 사회에서 더욱 중요해지고 있으며 다양한 산업에서 가속화되어 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기내 승객 경험을 향상하기 위하여 개인용 엔터테인먼트 서비스의 고도화 및 새로운 디지털 콘텐츠 디자인과 사용 디바이스 및 인터페이스를 제안한다. 연구방법은 선행연구를 바탕으로 기존 서비스의 한계점을 파악하고 설문과 분석을 통해 승객들의 니즈를 파악했다. 앞선 분석을 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠 디자인과 인터페이스를 설계하고 프로토타입을 제작한 후, 사용성 테스트를 통해 콘텐츠가 올바른 프로세스로 제공되어 사용자의 경험 개선에 도움이 되었음을 검증하였다.
