Abstract
机会识别是创业管理领域的重要研究主题,也是发展乡村旅游创业的重要前提条件之一。虽然创业机会识别研究已经取得了较多的成果,但仍缺少以乡村旅游单一行业创业样本来进行的实证研究。本研究基于社会资本理论和经验学习的观点,依据对139个乡村民宿创业者所做的的调查数据,对社会资本、先前经验与创业机会识别的作用机理进行了实证分析。研究发现,民宿创业者网络资源和网络规模均对创业机会识别有显著正向影响。民宿创业者的行业经验和职能经验对创业机会识别有显著正向作用,但工作经验对创业机会识别没有直接影响。这些结果表明,民宿创业者所嵌入的网络资源和网络规模越大,能够识别的创业机会就越多,拥有较多先前创业行业经验和职能经验,就能显著提高创业机会的识别。
