- Abstract
- 본 연구는 국내에서 최초로 인필형, 적층형 공법이 동시에 적용된, 천안 두정동 행복주택의 거주 후 평가, 주택성능 측정을 통해, 모듈러 주택의 주택성능 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구를 진행하여 분석항목을 설정하고 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 주택성능 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였으며, 주택성능 만족도 분석 및 성능측정 결과를 토대로 적층형과 인필형 공법의 비교를 진행, 모듈러 주택의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 추후 모듈러 주택의 주택성능 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.
