- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 모듈러 공법으로 2019년 준공된 천안 두정동 행복주택의 거주 후 평가를 통해 거주자의 모듈러 주택에 대한 인식과 주거만족도를 분석하여 추후 모듈러 주택 계획시 필요한 계획요소를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 조사, 이론적 고찰, 그리고 거주 후 평가를 위한 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그리고, 주거만족도 분석과 더불어 주택성능과 주택계획, 주변환경에 대해서 중요도-만족도 분석을 진행하여 주거만족도에 크게 영향을 미치는 변인을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 모듈러 주택 계획에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위한 계획요소를 도출하였는데, 본 연구의 결과가 추후 모듈러 주택의 설계시, 거주자의 주거만족도를 높일 수 있는 계획적 요소에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
